LOW DOSE RESURRECT THE RAGE AND RUINS OF THE ‘90s WITH NEW SINGLE “RIGHT ON”

Give a grave enough time and something will grow from it—that’s exactly how Philadelphia four-piece Low Dose was borne to the world. After teasing their grungy, guitar chugging sound last year with “For Sure,” the band has offered another glimpse of their lawless interpretation of alt-rock with the single “Right On." “It's about the frustrations of just trying to exist in the world without being bullied by men constantly,” vocalist Itarya Rosenberg said of the track.

ELIZABETH COLOUR WHEEL PARTNERS WITH THE FLENSER, ANNOUNCES EAST COAST TOUR DATES

Boston, MA five-piece Elizabeth Colour Wheel have announced a partnership with San Francisco-based label The Flenser. In Spring 2019, the band will release their debut full-length which was recorded earlier this year and was mixed/mastered by Seth Manchester at Machines With Magnets (The Body, Street Sects). Details for the album will surface soon, and the band will tour along the east coast in anticipation of its release — see all tour dates listed below.

WEAR YOUR WOUNDS (FT. JACOB BANNON) RECORDING NEW ALBUM

Wear Your Wounds are currently recording a new album with engineer Kurt Ballou at God City Studios. This recording marks the first time the live lineup of the band; Jacob Bannon (Converge), Mike McKenzie (The Red Chord, Stomach Earth, Unraveller, etc), Adam McGrath (Cave In, Nomad Stones, etc), Sean Martin (Twitching Tongues, ex-Hatebreed, ex-Kid Cudi), and Chris Maggio (ex-Trap Them, ex-Sleigh Bells, etc) have properly written and recorded material together. Creative contributions from Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe, White Horse, etc), and Gared O'Donnell (Planes Mistaken for Stars, Hawks and Doves) are also expected. The new album is slated for an early/mid 2019 release on Deathwish with touring to follow.
