Teetering between disgust and despair, the ten tracks that comprise the LP are the score to a series of de-indoctrinating sermons, armed with marching protest beats. The album’s second single, “Self Medicating,” premieres today alongside a new interview with the artist and perfectly showcases the brooding and bleak tone of Trust Ruins.
